The Manx Dyslexia Association (MDA) was set up by a group of concerned parents in 1993 and has done a great deal over the years to increase awareness and understanding of this specific learning difference on the Island.
The MDA seeks to ensure that Dyslexia is recognised as a condition which can be helped considerably by appropriate teaching methods.
The MDA works with parents of dyslexics, adults dyslexics and teachers, to give them the most appropriate possible help we can. The MDA keeps up to date with information from the British Dyslexia Association and Dyslexia Action.
